My Story
About Lyly
Hi, I'm Lyly Ledbetter (pronounced Lily) — a woman of faith, wife, mama, Certified Functional Nutrition Coach, and Perimenopause Coach.
For over 13 years, I've been passionate about helping women 35+ reclaim their health, restore their energy, balance their hormones, and feel good in their bodies again — naturally.
But my passion for wellness isn't just professional — it's deeply personal.
For years, I struggled with severe endometriosis, infertility, and the emotional challenges that often accompany them. After miscarriages, emergency surgery, and more than seven years of waiting to become a mother, I experienced firsthand how deeply physical, emotional, and spiritual health are connected.
That journey led me to study nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and natural wellness more deeply — not only for myself, but so I could help other women navigate their own health challenges with hope, practical support, and encouragement.
Along the way, I discovered the powerful connection between food, faith, and lifestyle in supporting the body's natural ability to heal. I learned that true wellness isn't found in quick fixes or extreme approaches, but in nourishing the body consistently through simple daily habits.
In addition to being a Certified Functional Nutrition Coach, I'm also a Certified Functional Beauty Specialist (focused on skin health) and a former Group Fitness Instructor — because I believe true wellness supports the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
Today, through coaching, online programs, and educational resources, I help women nourish their bodies, renew their minds, and create sustainable habits that support lasting health.
Whether you're navigating perimenopause, struggling with low energy, feeling frustrated by stubborn weight gain, or simply looking for a more natural approach to wellness, my goal is to help you cut through the confusion and move forward with confidence.
I believe every woman deserves to feel vibrant, strong, and fully alive.
